Service Fees & Diagnostics

Diagnostic fees cover the time and expertise required to evaluate your computer or device.
Diagnostic and service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you choose not to proceed with repairs after diagnostics, no additional charges will apply.

Repair Services

We stand behind the quality of our work.
If a repair does not resolve the original issue, we will make a reasonable effort to correct the problem at no additional labor cost, when notified promptly.
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed labor, as results may depend on hardware condition, software limitations, or user environment.

Parts & Software

Hardware parts, licenses, and software purchases are non-refundable once installed or activated.
Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) are handled directly through the manufacturer.

Remote Support Services

Remote support services are billed for time spent and are non-refundable once the session has started.
If technical limitations prevent service from being completed, charges may be adjusted at our discretion.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
